Dowdy is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia.  B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills and  M.A. Degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena.  He is a Management Analyst with the City of Los Angeles and a  retired Business Analyst from Kaiser Permanente.  Bro. Dowdy is Pastor of Imperial Heights Community Church of the Brethren, the denomination Board Member and Intercultural Committee Board member.  Life member of Omega Psi Phi holding true to the cardinal principles of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, Inc. of Man, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift.

Bro. Dillard is a native of Southern California who completed his education through the Los Angeles Unified School District, graduating from Phineas Banning High School. He matriculated to San Jose State University and after spending two years there, decided to return to Southern California, ultimately graduating from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. He has been employed by the Los Angeles County Probation Department for 36 years working with both juvenile and adult offenders.

Bro. Milfort was born in Los Angeles and raised primarily in the South Los Angeles and Inglewood areas. Received MBA from National University.  Freelance for various television and cable networks including FOX and Warner Bros.  Worked in business to business sales, real estate.  Bro. Milfort is currently  working with County of Los Angeles Supervising Deputy Public Guardian for the Office of the Public Guardian helping to protect some of the most vulnerable populations in Los Angeles, the elderly and those with mental health issue.  As a man of Omega, strongly believe he should give back to my community. Through Zeta Rho Chapter,  serves the community youth, on several committees, donating time, fund raising while serving as the Chapter Keeper of Record and Seal.
